Shipping & Logistics:
o Logistic Department :
o Assisting in all inventorymanagement activities with procurement department (purchasing, returnedproducts) and following up its related invoices.
o Assist the Logistics Manager withweekly/monthly reports (ie. KPI's, returns, inbound/outbound volumes and cost.

o Prepare arrival notifications andmake sure that all consignees are notified.
o Export Department:
o Determine the best routing forexport shipment to destination.
o Find best freight charges with linecoordination.
o Prepare shipping quotation with allcharges and estimated arrival time.
o Prepare shipment declaration with tostart export progress.
o Contact Aden Container Terminal torelease empty CNTRs to the shipper.
o Make sure that shipper has putguarantees (cash – check )
o Follows banking issues betweenshipper and consignee.
o Issue Bill of Lading according tothe agreement between shipper and consignee.
o Follow and track shipment tillarriving to the destination.
o Operation and Container Control(mainduties):
o Control and follow daily ContainerMovement.
o Conducts daily container movementIN/OUT Aden Container Terminal (ACT).
o Analyze shipments data and prepareweekly, monthly, annual reports.
