*The expenditures of party A for entire project will be reimbursed up to a maximum of EUR 62,002 as specified in the approved budget .
*The budgeted amount will be made available on condition that the grant has not been withdrawn either in whole or in part.
*Within 60 days after the date on this contract, party B will make a first advance payment to party A of EUR 25.000 the rules regarding advance payment are stated in the financial guidelines of this contract.
* Party A will keep careful financial records.
* As described in the financial guidelines of this contract, Party A will submit annual.
* Each year Party A will submit to Party B a written progress report on the project activities for which Part
